Do you offer same-day service?

Yes, we can do anything… most of the time. Standard turnaround is one working day per 250 words, but if you need a faster response, we’ll do everything possible to meet your needs. Simply let us know what you need, and you’ll get our very best efforts.

Do you allow for rounds of feedback?

Yes, absolutely. Even the very best writers aren’t psychic – you’ll probably want to make some improvements to the first draft. So, as long as the initial brief doesn’t change (…unreasonably…), you get as many rounds of feedback as you like until you’re completely happy.

Do you offer discounts on packages of content and blogs?

Yes, of course. Your website needs new content regularly to maximise success in search listings. Blogs are a great way of doing that because you can write about anything relevant. But – whatever the content – as you’d expect, the more you request, the better the rates we can offer.

Do you offer ‘try before you buy’?

Do you guarantee to maintain my business’s tone of voice?

Yes, absolutely. We take our lead from you on tone and style – using any guides you have – and review each piece of writing internally to ensure it’s right. Over time, of course, you’ll find that your dedicated team will get better and better at branding your writing.

Do you guarantee my content will be truly unique?

Yes, of course. Uniqueness is the whole point for web content. Everything you receive will have been written by one of our trusted writers, proofed by a colleague, and put through a trusted web-based plagiarism-checking tool – to be absolutely certain it’s free of copyright issues.

Do you come up with topic ideas?

Yes, we can come up with ideas for blog and content topics. You can also get help in formulating your whole marketing strategy – understanding your core business purpose, your emotive brand story, and how best to communicate that, along with comprehensive content planning.

Do we get to talk directly to your writers?

Yes, whenever necessary. Simply talk to your Up-Word account manager, who’ll set up a conference call or video as quickly as possible.

Do you write UK and US English? What about other languages?

Yes, we can write beautiful UK, US and – indeed – Australian English. But we don’t yet write in any other languages – maybe one day.

Do you ‘do’ search engine optimisation (SEO)?

Yes, to the extent that it’s possible for content writers to do so. You can ask us to seed your content with keywords and other SEO elements (links, CTAs etc), but you have to provide those. You can also ask us to point you at our own preferred expert SEO agency.

Do you need any more writers?
